We use a number of highly reputable European and worldwide couriers. Although we try our hardest to ensure given delivery times are accurate, they cannot be fully guaranteed as we rely to a great extent on the courier companies we use.

Collection

Travall is unable to offer on-site collections at this time. All orders to the United Kingdom include FREE shipping.

Order Tracking

After you have placed your order we will send you a confirmation email, detailing the products you have requested. The courier we are using will also email you directly, providing you with a reference number and website link through which you can track your order and check the expected delivery time.

Returns

We understand that you may change your mind, our returns policy is 30 days from the date you received your order. All returns will need to be unused and in the same condition as when your order arrived.
Please include your order number in your return so that we can ensure your refund can be processed quickly.
Returns take 5-10 working days to be processed once your order has arrived back with us.
Unfortunately, returns cannot be accepted in person and will need to be sent via courier.

Import Duty
